Contact forms and the enquiry assistant
The form and guided chat collect your name, contact details, selected service and project brief. After your explicit consent, the configured integration saves these details in a private Google Sheet and submits a notification to sales@meetxmedia.com for project follow-up. WhatsApp is offered only after both steps are confirmed. A failed confirmation may mean the details were saved but the notification was not confirmed; retrying the same request avoids another spreadsheet row. Do not include sensitive personal information.
Information you choose to send
When you send an email, make a call or send a WhatsApp message, you are contacting MeetX through that channel. Do not include sensitive personal information in an initial project brief. Ask the team directly if you need information about how an enquiry will be handled.
External services
Some pages request fonts from Google Fonts. Links to WhatsApp and Google Maps take you to external services governed by their own practices. This website does not intentionally include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting service may keep technical access logs. Google processes the enquiry storage and email notification when the integration is active.
